Guitar Hero May Be on Its Way to the Wii!

According to this article on IGN, Activision CEO Thomas Tippl may have revealed that Guitar Hero is headed to the Nintendo Wii!

From the article:

Site Upgrade

Upgraded to the newest version of Drupal tonight, I want to spend more time working on this... at least until I think of a better domain name to use.

Since I got a Nintendo Wii for Christmas, I will probably be posting stuff about that since I find it quite entertaining. The virtual console especially.

If i would quit being so lazy, I could probably get a decent logo made, or maybe even find a new theme... might be hard to find one as nice and clean is this one though. If anyone has a good theme suggestion for Drupal, by all means fire away.

Cheers.

3 More Patches for OpenBSD-stable

Three new items added to the OpenBSD 3.9 Errata in the last week. All 3 are security related so be sure to get your systems up-to-date!

If you follow the OpenBSD-stable tree you can do the following to update your system (via CVS):

If you have not updated your system yet:

# cd /usr
# cvs -qd anoncvs@anoncvs.ca.openbsd.org:/cvs get -rOPENBSD_3_9 -P src

If you have downloaded the source tree before use:

# cd /usr/src
# cvs -q up -rOPENBSD_3_9 -Pd

You should also read the entire OpenBSD AnonCVS page for more information.

The Future of NetBSD

This post to the netbsd-users mailing list shows a grim future for the NetBSD project which is truly unfortunate. I hope the NetBSD folks can work through this and win over some new developers as its always nice to have choice and innovation from many different sources:

The NetBSD Project has stagnated to the point of irrelevance. It has
gotten to the point that being associated with the project is often
more of a liability than an asset. I will attempt to explain how this

Yet Another Rebuild

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Annoyed with Wordpress already, so we'll try out Drupal, it seems to be quite a bit more powerful and flexible.
